About Me

My name is Fabio Gouveia

I am originally from Recife, Brazil, where I played semi-professional football until the age of 23. After moving to Australia, I played for a club in Sydney before shifting my focus to coaching due to injuries. Football is my passion, and I aim to bring the energy and culture of the sport to the kids I coach.

I hold a degree in Business Administration from Brazil and have completed a Certificate III in Fitness and a Futsal Coaching License through Football Australia. Currently, I am pursuing a Sports Management degree at the University of Notre Dame and will begin my Football Coaching C License in October 2024.

With over two years of experience coaching kids, I have run a variety of sessions, from competitive and private training to fun, engaging group activities. My coaching philosophy centers around creating an enjoyable and positive environment for both players and coaches. I am dedicated to fostering a love for the game in young athletes and helping them develop both on and off the field.

About Me

My name is Jamie Galeotti

I am a 20 year old Actuarial Science student at Curtin University, and I have been coaching with Nick Corrigan Soccer School since 2022.

During this time, I have led various weekday and weekend sessions, applying my background in working with children to the soccer field.

I bring a positive, hardworking attitude to the team, which has helped me grow as a coach and build strong connections with the kids I work with. Coaching with Nick has boosted my confidence and allowed me to develop skills that will benefit me in both coaching and my future professional career.

About Me

My name is Charlie Thoburn

I have been playing football since the age of 5 and currently play for Carramar FC. While pursuing my degree in Primary Education, I began coaching at Nick Corrigan Soccer in 2019 to enhance my understanding of teaching and working with children through sport.

One of the most rewarding aspects of coaching is witnessing the growth of young players, from learning basic skills to joining clubs. My goal is to create engaging, fun, and educational soccer experiences, fostering teamwork and development while ensuring the kids enjoy the game.
